    1. Once you have completed the sign-up form, our team will review your application. Please allow 1-2 business days for approval.
    2. Upon approval, we will contact you either by phone or email to confirm that your wholesale account is set up.
    3. Until you receive the confirmation call or email from us, you will only see retail pricing on our website.
    4. However, you can still browse our products and add items to your cart.
    5. Once your account is converted to wholesale, all the items in your cart will automatically update to reflect the wholesale pricing.
    6. We now offer a convenient online password protected catalog exclusively for approved retailers. Please contact us for the access password, then click on our wholesale catalog link in our top menu to view the catalog.

Wholesale availability: All items (except for gift cards) are available for wholesale.

$150 Minimum Order: A minimum order of $150 is required for wholesale purchases. This ensures that we can provide you with the best pricing and service.

No Runs Required: Unlike many other wholesale suppliers, we do not require you to order specific quantities or runs. You have the flexibility to order the quantities you prefer, allowing you to cater to the unique needs of your customers.

Free Shipping on Orders $300+: We offer free shipping on wholesale orders of $300 or more. This promotion is automatically applied at checkout, making it easier for you to save on shipping costs.

No Discount Codes Allowed: Please note that no discount codes may be applied to any wholesale order unless previously approved by a member of our team. This policy ensures fair pricing for all our wholesale partners.

Map Pricing: Remuda Western Wear strictly adheres to MAP pricing policies to maintain fair competition and ensure consistent value for customers across all retailers. The Minimum Advertised Price for any Remuda Western Wear product shall be no less than our current Retail Prices as published on the Remuda Western Wear retail website; to view the current price list and full policy, please contact us at cs@remudawesternwear.com. This Minimum Advertised Price is established by Remuda Western Wear and may be adjusted by Remuda Western Wear at such time and in such amounts as it may determine at its sole discretion.

3rd Party Sales: You shall not list Remuda Western Wear products on any third-party website, such as Amazon, eBay, Overstock, Faire, etc. or any others, without prior written consent from Remuda Western Wear. Selling Remuda Western Wear products on your own website associated directly with your store(s) is permissible so long as this MAP policy is adhered to. 

Turnaround Time: We strive to fulfill wholesale orders in a timely manner. Please allow 2-2.5 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. If you have any specific deadlines or requirements, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
